Also, this page serves as an informative resource for residents and those considering the purchase of a home in Windham Hill. We post notices of meetings and all social events under the Upcoming Events section.
The homes in Windham Hill are covered by Declarations and Deed Restrictions that apply to all homeowners.  The purpose of these documents is to maintain the standards established by the Developer when the Homes Association was first established in the late 1980's. The documents related to the Homes Association are viewable under the Resident Documents section.
