This webpage also serves an as informative resource for residents and those considering the purchase of a home in Windham Hill. We post notices of meetings and all social events under the Upcoming Events section.
 
The homes in Windham Hill are covered by Declarations and Deed Restrictions that apply to all homeowners.  The purpose of these documents is to maintain the standards established by the Developer when the Home Association was first established by the Developer in the late 1980's. The documents related to the Home Association are viewable under the Resident Documents section.

Trash & Recycle Carts

If your trash or recycle cart has been damaged, please click here to complete and submit the form. Your request will automatically forward to WCA, our trash collector, for action. 
Reminder: Exterior Changes Need Architectural Review Approval

Please remember that you need Architectural Committee approval for all exterior changes to your home (painting, window replacement, siding repair or replacement, roofs or exterior home repairs) before work begins. Click here to complete and submit the online Architectural Request form. Once submitted, it normally takes 3-5 days to receive a response. You will receive a copy of your submission via email, however it is only approved when you receive a second email from the Chair of the Architectural Committee.

The agenda will be posted here five days prior to the meeting. If you plan to attend, please ring the doorbell to the right of the door. If it is held virtually, the change will be announced on this site prior to the date. Contact the Board President at windhamhillhoa+president@gmail.com, to request the meeting link and password.
Windham Hill Pool Opening
Monday, June 15th, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
The Windham Hill Pool will open on June 15th, the COVID-19 reopening date for Phase 3. Capacity will be limited to 78 residents per Johnson County code based on the size of our pool. The monthly newsletter sent out 5/15 outlines guidelines the pool will operate under to provide a safe environment for all. A letter is also being mailed to every household. We suggest that if you are in a high-risk group for contracting Coronavirus, running a fever or ill, you not use the pool.
If you do not have a pool pass, please request one on this website under Documents, Pool. Family member names and passport size photos are required.
Pool Attendants are still needed. If you are 16 years old or above and are interested in working at the pool this summer, please fill out an application online under Documents, Pool.
