This webpage also serves an as informative resource for residents and those considering the purchase of a home in Windham Hill. We post notices of meetings and all social events under the Upcoming Events section.
The homes in Windham Hill are covered by Declarations and Deed Restrictions that apply to all homeowners.  The purpose of these documents is to maintain the standards established by the Developer when the Home Association was first established by the Developer in the late 1980's. The documents related to the Home Association are viewable under the Resident Documents section.

Holiday Lights & Decorations

Please note that holiday lights and decorations are to be displayed only between November 15th and January 15th per the Windham Hill HOA Deed Restrictions. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with their removal. 
Trash & Recycle Carts

If your trash or recycle cart has been damaged, please click here to complete and submit the form. Your request will automatically forward to WCA, our trash collector, for action. 
Reminder: Exterior Changes Need Architectural Review Approval

Please remember that you need Architectural Committee approval for all exterior changes to your home (painting, window replacement, siding repair or replacement, roofs or exterior home repairs) before work begins. Click here to complete and submit the online Architectural Request form. Once submitted, it normally takes 3-5 days to receive a response. You will receive a copy of your submission via email, however it is only approved when you receive a second email from the Chair of the Architectural Committee.

Windham Hill HOA Annual Homeowners Meeting
Wednesday, January 22nd, 7PM to 9PM at Cottonwood Point Elementary Cafeteria
Save the Date! 2019 financial reports, projects and events will be reviewed as well as the 2020 Budget and plans. Elections will be held for five open Board Member positions -- four with 2-year terms and one with a 1-year term. If you're interested in becoming a member, please fill out and return the Board Nomination form. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may assign your voting right by completing and returning this Proxy or submit an electronic Proxy on our website. Check out the Agenda and please join us!
