Windham Hill is a residential community located in Overland Park, Kansas and is accessible from 129th and Switzer Road. The homes in our neighborhood were built in the early 1990s and number over 350 residences. Windham Hill residents enjoy a vibrant, pedestrian friendly community that features a city park, neighborhood pool, nearby walking paths and Cottonwood Point Elementary school.

 

Windham Hill is a short distance from all the amenities that suburban Overland Park has to offer, and maintains the quiet, tree-lined setting that makes it a desirable location. Windham Hill is in the award winning Blue Valley School District and is also within walking distance of three public schools; Cottonwood Point Elementary and Blue Valley Northwest High School are the closest educational facilities, and Oxford Middle School is a little farther North on Switzer Road.

 

We have many annual social events, including the June Family Picnic, 4th of July Bicycle Parade, Summer Pool Party, Winter Hay Ride and neighborhood garage sales. These events provide fun ways to connect with other Windham Hill neighbors.

Take the Highway 69 South exit. Exit on 119th Street; turn right (West) on 119th Street. Turn left (South) on Switzer Road and continue South until 129th Street. The main entrance of Windham Hill is at 129th Street and Switzer, on the West side of Switzer.

 

Take the 135th or Santa Fe exit and head East. Turn left (North) on Switzer Road. The main entrance of Windham Hill is at 129th Street and Switzer, on the West side of Switzer.
